There is so much talk at the moment about living in alignment and manifesting. Talk of only doing the things that make us happy.
But what does it actually mean? We only do the fun things? Only do the things we love? Ignore the things that are hard and uncomfortable?
It’s easy to say that, but in reality, there are still things we need to do that we don’t love in order to manifest what we want.
Food shopping. Showing up for work. Washing the dishes. Life admin. Going to the gym. Do we not do these things? How does that work?
Living in alignment means taking action in the direction of what you want.
I like to think of it this way – align yourself with the end result. The end result is the intention that we need to focus on.
Want to be healthy? You have eat the vegetables and do the work out.
Want to have a successful business? You need to keep your accounts in order.
Want to have more money? You need to let go of your limiting beliefs and deepen your financial literacy.
When we remember WHY we want our goal, it makes all those hard and uncomfortable things so much easier.
There is also the option to outsource the some of the things that don’t light you up.
You can’t avoid eating good foods to be healthy, but you can outsource the shopping and meal planning.
You can outsourcing the accounting in your business.
And you can get help working through your limiting beliefs and deepening your financial literacy.
Make sense? The work still needs to be done, it’s about finding the way that works for you.
That’s why our WHY work is so important. We can’t just do one part and hope for the best. All the steps in the Manifestation Method are integrated whether you do them consciously, or subconsciously.
